1. What these technologies are

Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data stored in your browser. They let a site remember things between visits — for example, keeping you signed in.

2. What we use

• Essential local storage (strictly necessary): we store your email, a signed session token, and your subscription status in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in and can use the app. Without these the Service cannot function.
• Payment (Stripe): when you go through checkout, Stripe may set its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. These are governed by Stripe’s own privacy and cookie policies.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

3. Consent

Strictly necessary storage (and storage used solely to carry out or facilitate a transaction you requested) does not require consent under EU/EEA rules. If we introduce analytics or advertising technologies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

4. Managing storage

You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time. Doing so will sign you out of AvaClip and you will need to verify your email again. Blocking essential storage may prevent the Service from working.
